OUR CODE OF CONDUCT:
We guarantee all of our merchandise and stand behind our product and our condition reports. We will send you pictures from every angle; if there are chips, you will see them. If a piece has been restored, we'll tell you.
We blacklight everything and if a piece is in need of restoration it will be professionally restored by the most advanced restorers.
If a piece arrives and you disagree, you have every right to return it, no questions asked--see shipping terms below.
We want you to be happy with your purchase, so ask us as many questions as you feel necessary. We'll try to answer them as completely as possible so that you are satisfied before the piece leaves our shop.
SHIPPING AND RETURNS:
You pay for shipping unless the product is oversized and then we will split the charges with you.
We do offer a multiple item shipping discount.
Returns, within 14 days are permitted as long as the merchandise is returned in its original condition and it is shipped insured. You must cover shipping on the return.
